Entrance to the database

A collection of 15 databases available as part of the national licence on the EBSCOhost platform, covering wide subject scope, among others: chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, technology, psychology, education, business, biology, medical and biomedical sciences.

The collection includes 7 full-text databases:

  • Academic Search Complete,
  • Business Source Complete,
  • Health Source: Consumer Edition,
  • Health Source Nursing / Academic Edition,
  • MasterFILE Premier,
  • Newspaper Source,
  • Regional Business News,

7 bibliographic and abstract databases:

  • Agricola,
  • ERIC,
  • GreenFILE,
  • Library Information Science & Technology Abstracts (LISTA),
  • MEDLINE,
  • European Views of the Americas,
  • Teacher Reference Center,

and a database containing patient drug information:

  • AHFS Consumer Medication Information.

In addition on the Ebscohost platform there are databases purchased by the library:

  • Petroleum Abstracts,

  • a multidyscyplinary collection of electronic books - eBook Academic Collection.

The user can conduct searches in one, a few or simultaneously all datadases on the platform.
