Academica is a digital interlibrary loan system of books and scientific publications of the National Library, offering access to several million scientific publications both from public domain resources and collections protected by copyright.

Access to resources covered by copyright is possible through terminals located in the Special Collections Department Reading Room.

To use the Academica loan system you need to:

• have a valid library account at the AGH University Main Library,
• accept the User Regulations of the Academica Digital Lending Library of Scientific Publications, 
• report to the librarian on duty in the Special Collections Department Reading Room.
