AGH University Libraries online catalogue registers the collections of the AGH University Main Library and most branch libraries. These include books, journals, doctoral theses, maps and cartographic documents, Polish and foreign standards, technical and trade literature, patent specifications of AGH employees, manuscripts and old prints. The AGH University Libraries online catalogue is the only source of information on books received by the Library after 1992.
Only books from closed stacks can be ordered electronically. These call numbers start with roman numerals like I, II or III (e.g. II 123456).
Books with BG-Strefa Wolnego Dostępu location and call number starting with "W" (e.g. W 77132/1) can be borrowed on your own. You can check the availability of books and their exact location (in the Open Stacks Area) searching the AGH University Libraries online catalogue. When using the Open Stacks Area you can search for books, take them off the shelves and borrow them by yourself. Go to self-check machine and follow the instructions on the screen.
If the book has an appendix (there is a "+CD", "+attachment", "chart", etc. next to the signature) approach the librarian on duty. Get help from the librarian also if your account is invalid or there is a lock on your account and you cannot borrow books on your own.
